PLAYING FOOTBALL

Playing football is a fabulous sport to develop teamwork skills. Going to the gym is mainly a sport you do independently, but playing football needs a player to learn the rules of the sport and work with others to succeed. It builds your social skills and teaches you that without working with your team, you cannot win. From a health perspective, you need to be fit to play football as you have to run for 90 minutes which will build up your cardiovascular health as well. This sport increases your muscles, and strength as well as your coordination. You have to be very coordinated to be able to dribble the ball, pass it and stay focused on everything happening around you which helps you develop your concentration and self-discipline.
