Spending time with family and friends is one of the most important ways to take care of your mental health. You can be in a bad mood, but once you spend time with people that love you, they can support you in forgetting anything your mind is dealing with. They are your comfort zone and the ones who truly know you and will accept who you are unconditionally. I am very close to my family and we spend a lot of time together going out and travelling.
